From Woodhaven, Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, Howard Beach – Travel Woodhaven Boulevard to Myrtle Avenue. Turn left onto Myrtle Avenue and proceed approximately 3 miles to Forest Avenue. Turn right onto Forest Avenue and continue eight blocks to Gates Avenue. Turn left onto Gates Avenue and proceed one block to Grandview Avenue. Turn right onto Grandview Avenue. From Forest Hills, Kew Gardens, Rego Park – Travel Metropolitan Avenue west to Forest Avenue (past Fresh Pond Road). Turn left onto Forest Avenue and proceed seven blocks to Gates Avenue. Turn right onto Gates Avenue and continue one block to Grandview Avenue.
